Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités et afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) ADV Export.
Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Customer Fulfilment, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la gestion et la coordination des commandes export, en assurant le lien entre nos clients, la logistique, les achats et la finance.
Tes missions
Coordonner les commandes clients internationales et les expéditions export.
Assurer le suivi des commandes de leur saisie jusqu'à la livraison finale.
Veiller au respect des réglementations export.
Garantir le respect des délais et des exigences clients.
Assurer le suivi des factures et des paiements.
Participer à la gestion des opérations sous crédits documentaires (lettres de crédit).
Préparer et contrôler les documents export (EUR1, ATR, certificat d'origine, AWB, etc.).
Profil recherché
Formation en commerce international, logistique ou administration des ventes.
Expérience significative sur un poste ADV Export.
Bonne maîtrise des Incoterms, des crédits documentaires.
Connaissance des procédures et documents liés au commerce international.
Maîtrise de SAP.
Anglais professionnel impératif.
La maîtrise des règles UCP 600 constitue un véritable plus.
Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
Rémunération
Salaire annuel brut : 35 000 € à 40 000 € selon profil et expérience.
Poste basé à Gasny.

Export Customer Service Coordinator

Join Our Customer Fulfilment Team!
As part of our business growth and to strengthen our team, we are looking for an Export Customer Service Coordinator.
Reporting to the Customer Fulfilment Manager, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating export orders while acting as the link between our customers, logistics, procurement and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate international customer orders and export shipments.
Monitor orders from order entry through to final delivery.
Ensure compliance with export regulations.
Guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
Follow up on invoices and payments.
Support documentary credit operations (Letters of Credit).
Prepare and manage export documentation (EUR1, ATR, Certificate of Origin, AWB, etc.).
Profile
Degree or qualification in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in an Export Customer Service / Export Administration role.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms and Letters of Credit.
Good understanding of international trade procedures and export documentation.
Proficiency in SAP.
Professional level of English is essential.
Knowledge of UCP 600 rules would be a strong advantage.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual gross salary: €35,000 to €40,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Position based in Gasny, France.
