Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Export et Logistique pour rejoindre notre équipe Supply chain et participer à la gestion des flux de marchandises, des expéditions et des opérations de transport en France et à l'international. Le poste est basé à Gasny et rattaché au Customer Fulfilment and Supply Chain Manager France.
Ce que tu feras au quotidien
Organiser et coordonner les expéditions de marchandises.
Préparer les documents de transport et les check-lists associées.
Veiller au respect des réglementations douanières et des exigences d'importation des pays de destination.
Assurer le suivi des enlèvements, des livraisons et des performances transport.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes et nos partenaires logistiques.
Résoudre les éventuels problèmes de transport et accompagner les clients lorsque nécessaire.
Mettre à jour les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et participer à l'amélioration continue de nos processus.
Compétences requises
Bonne maîtrise des Incoterms et des documents douaniers ( EUR1, EX, T1).
Connaissance des opérations de commerce international.
Expérience dans la gestion des crédits documentaires (Credocs).
Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
Bonne connaissance des réglementations liées à l'export et aux expéditions internationales.
La maîtrise des règles UCP 600/CDCS serait un véritable atout.
Maîtrise de SAP.
Le profil que nous recherchons
Tu as une formation en logistique, supply chain ou commerce international.
Tu disposes idéalement d'une expérience dans un environnement logistique.
Tu es rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome.
Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et le contact avec différents interlocuteurs.
Tu maîtrises les outils informatiques, notamment Excel.

We are looking for an Export and Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team and support export, shipping, transportation and supply chain activities across France and international markets. The role is based in Gasny, in France, and reports directly to the Customer Fulfilment & Supply Chain Manager France.
What you'll be doing
Organize and coordinate the shipment of goods.
Prepare transportation documents and related checklists.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import requirements in destination countries.
Monitor pickups, deliveries, and transport performance.
Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners.
Resolve transportation-related issues and support customers when needed.
Update key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Incoterms and customs documents (EUR1, EX, T1).
Understanding of international trade operations.
Experience managing documentary credits (Letters of Credit / LCs).
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of export regulations and international shipping requirements.
Knowledge of UCP 600/CDCS rules would be a strong advantage.
Proficiency in SAP.

Ideally, you have experience in a logistics environment.
You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
You enjoy teamwork and interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
You are comfortable using IT tools, particularly Excel.
