Hello, I joined the AAF team in 2010 as European HR Manager. Although  I  am based in the UK my role requires me to travel extensively to our locations in the Americas, Europe , Middle East and Asia where we have operations supported by a team of local HR professionals who ensure that we maintain a strong focus on our People Centred Management philosophy and that we work tirelessly to maintain the people capability of our business. We do this by creating challenges and opportunities for our people who can then use these to develop their careers and potential.
