Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités Industrial Air Quality, AAF renforce sa présence commerciale en France et recrute un(e) Technico-Commercial(e) Itinérant(e) – Région Est.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Commercial IAQ France, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la croissance de l’activité en développant les ventes de solutions de filtration industrielles auprès d’un large écosystème de clients et partenaires.
🎯 Votre mission
Vous êtes responsable du développement commercial et de l’atteinte des objectifs de ventes et de prises de commandes sur la région Est de la France.
Vos responsabilités principales :
Développer et entretenir des relations de confiance avec les clients (agents, distributeurs, OEM, utilisateurs finaux) via des visites terrain régulières, présentations et salons professionnels
Piloter les comptes clés de la région : performance commerciale, suivi des offres, analyse des succès et pertes
Identifier et créer de nouvelles opportunités business en prospectant de nouveaux partenaires et clients industriels
Travailler avec les prescripteurs et ingénieries pour faire référencer les solutions AAF dans les projets futurs
Construire et maintenir un pipeline commercial fiable et à jour dans Salesforce
Planifier et piloter l’activité régionale afin de dépasser les objectifs de ventes et de croissance
👤 Votre profil
Expérience confirmée dans la vente B2B, idéalement dans l’industrie, les équipements techniques ou les solutions de filtration / HVAC / environnement
Fort tempérament commercial, orienté résultats et développement de marché
À l’aise dans un environnement terrain, avec une forte autonomie
Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de négociation
Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d’anglais professionnel
Permis B requis (déplacements fréquents sur la région)

As part of its continued growth, AAF Industrial Air Quality is strengthening its commercial presence in France and is looking for an IAQ Sales Leader for the Eastern France region.
Reporting to the France IAQ Sales Manager, you will play a strategic role in developing the industrial market and driving sustainable growth in your region.
🎯 Your role
You are responsible for expanding sales activities and achieving annual bookings and revenue targets across Eastern France.
Your key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular face‑to‑face meetings, presentations and trade shows
Managing agents, resellers, OEMs and end users to exceed sales and booking targets
Driving business development by prospecting and onboarding new partners and industrial customers
Working closely with engineering firms and specifiers to ensure AAF solutions are specified in future projects
Maintaining an accurate and up‑to‑date sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM
Planning and leading regional sales activities to outperform growth objectives
👤 Your profile
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within industrial, technical or environmental solutions
Strong hunter mindset with a results‑driven approach
Comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role
Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills
Fluent in French with a good professional level of English
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
